It smells like Spring is almost in the air. I truly cannot wait for flowers & green grass to start growing. I miss when the sun glistens onto my hair & being able to walk through Central Park without complaining how windy or cold it is. Currently I am spending the week at home in CT where I have been meaning to go to local thrift shops around town & I have many new projects coming up once I get back to the city. Also, I have a huge + exciting announcement!

Fashion week has seriously kept me away from my blog. It's been a hectic schedule this week, and I promise a whole post on NYFW when it is over (sad face). The madness is still propelling!

THERE'S NO WAY OUT.

the only way out is to give in...

I thought I'd do something somewhat productive at 3am. I was sorting through my photos in my files and found old pictures that got lost and I do not think I ever got a chance to post them. These photos were from last winter at a local laundromat when I fancied my $1 sweaters... taken by my good friend Brian Im with Gil creepily lingering in the backgrounds. :)

WHITE WINTER HYMNAL.

These photos should have been put up earlier. They were taken on the very first day of 2011. Yes, this is what I did right when I woke up. I went hiking. It was quite adventurous and very beautiful.

My outfit was inspired by the dark pile of clothes that sat comfortably on my bedroom floor. Sometimes it helps when you grab and go.

I'VE GOT SOULFUL DAYS TO COUNTER EVIL WAYS.

I am so glad it is a brand new year, I feel that 2011 is already going great. Fortunately, I learned how to thread my own eyebrows today. One of my goals is to learn a new skill for one week. I have many goals in mind that I dire need to accomplish.

As I was sitting at my desk and prepping photos for this blog entry...it just hit me, New York Fashion week is quickly approaching and is only about a month away! Time for me to get my game on. Last season I overwhelmed myself with many shows; this year I am going for twice the number because the opportunity for networking is very limited these days.












The soft winter white is growing on me. I used to hate any clothing that was white, but I am loving it more each day.
